James L. Knight Center hosts a huge range of events which means seating charts vary. It’s always best to check the event-specific seating configuration before you book to secure the right seats. 

What’s the bag policy?

No bags at James L. Knight Center. Unless they’re smaller than 10” x 6” x 2”. 

What to wear to James L. Knight Center

Concert or comedy night? Think bold prints and bright colours – perfect for events like the Forrest Frank Child of God Tour Part 2. Bonus points for sequins or anything with a tropical aesthetic.

Conference or corporate event? Stick with polished and light. A breathable button-down or a linen dress with sleeves will keep you looking sharp without sweating in the Miami heat on the way to the venue. One note: the AC runs chilly inside. A light jacket or scarf is never a bad idea, especially if you’re sitting still for a while.
